R2 Bahia Kontiki, Puerto del Carmen (Lanzarote)

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was fantastic, right next to the beach and close to bars and shopping, but the sea view room turned out to be a bit disappointing. However, the room was spacious, clean, and had great views. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to Bruno, who went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The dining options were a bit limited and expensive, but overall, it was a lovely stay in a quiet and convenient location.

The hotel rooms were spotless and very spacious, offering everything one could need. They were lovely, modern, clean, and equipped with air conditioning. However, the outside of the hotel might not suit everyone's preference, leading to a decision to cancel bookings for July and opt for another hotel in Puerto del Carmen.

The service was to a good standard, with friendly staff who promptly accommodated us near the pool when we requested. The location was convenient, close to Old Town and the harbor, with a great view of the sea from the pool area. The dining experience was better than expected, though slightly expensive. Overall, I had a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.
